Earlier, actress Mahiya Mahi bought the nomination form for boat symbol in Chapainawabganj-2 seat by-election on December 29 (Thursday).

After collecting the nomination form from the political office of the Awami League president in Dhanmondi, she told reporters that if she gets the Awami League ticket, she will win by at least 50,000 votes.
