Sonam Kapoor sells her luxury apartment

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor has sold her luxury apartment at Signature Island in Mumbai for around Rs 32 crore.
The built-up area of the third-floor flat is 5,533 sq. ft, the agreement for the sale and transfer showed.
The flat near Bandra Kurla Complex comes with four car parking slots. The buyer is SMF Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.
It appears that Sonam didn't earn a sizable profit on the sale based on the prices that were made public. Four parking spaces are included with the apartment close to Bandra Kurla Complex. SMF Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is the buyer.
The actor currently has a stunning home and office in London's Notting Hill.
Sonam Kapoor made headlines in February 2022 when thieves stole cash and jewellery worth over Rs 2.4 crore from her husband's New Delhi home.
Meanwhile, The couple Anand Ahuja and Sonam Kapoor welcomed their son on August 20. The couple announced the name of their newborn baby, who has been named Vayu Kapoor Ahuja. Sonam took to Instagram to make the announcement in a lengthy post.
