American Singer-actress Selena Gomez has finally sold her cottage-style home in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles for $2.37 million.
Ms. Gomez, 28, first put the 1950s single-level house on the market for $2.799 million in June 2018, listing records show.
She dropped the price to $2.395 million this August and quickly found a buyer. The sale closed for $2.368 million last Friday, according to the records.
Situated behind towering hedges, the 1950s single-level home has approximately 3,433 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, according to the listing with Karen Medved of Compass.
The home features wide-plank oak and aged herringbone brick floors, an open floor plan living space with fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen and a gym, according to the listing.
The property also comes with a pool and a patio, as well as a guest house with a living room and a yoga studio.
