9 more deaths from Covid

Bangladesh today reported 864 Covid-19 cases and nine more deaths linked it in the past 24 hours till Sunday morning, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said in its routine daily statement.
"The country reported 4.01 percent Covid-19 positive cases as 21,543 samples were tested in the past 24 hours.
In the past 24 hours, the combined figure of coronavirus in Dhaka city and upazilas of the district is 557 while no Covid-19 death was reported during the period.
The official tally showed that the virus killed 29,033 people and infected 19,42,680 so far, the statement added.
The recovery count rose to 18,06,689 after another 6,264 patients were discharged from the hospitals during the past one day.
