8 deaths from Covid-19, 732 fresh cases detected 24 hrs

Bangladesh reported 732 Covid-19 cases and eight more deaths linked it in the past 24 hours till Wednesday morning, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said in its routine daily statement.
The country reported 3.22 percent Covid-19 positive cases as 22,716 samples were tested in the past 24 hours.
In the past 24 hours, the combined figure of coronavirus in Dhaka city and upazilas of the district is 434 while two Covid-19 deaths were reported during the period.
The official tally showed that the virus killed 29,053 people and infected 19,45,108 so far, the statement added.
The recovery count rose to 18,26,949 after another 4,8 24patients were discharged from the hospitals during the past one day.
