7 die of Covid in 24 hrs

Bangladesh reported 446 Covid-19 cases and seven more deaths linked it in the past 24 hours till Tuesday morning, Directorate General of Health Services(DGHS) said in its routine daily statement.
"The country reported 2.23 percent Covid-19 positive cases as 19,964 samples were tested in the past 24 hours.
In the past 24 hours, the combined figure of coronavirus in Dhaka city and upazilas of the district is 312 while five Covid-19 deaths were reported during the period.
The official tally showed that the virus killed 29,096 people and infected 19,48,148 so far, the statement added.
The recovery count rose to 18,49,946 after another 3,062 patients were discharged from the hospitals during the past one day.
