One die of Covid, 61 fresh cases detected 24 hrs

Bangladesh reported 61 Covid-19 cases and one death linked it in the past 24 hours till Monday morning, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said in its routine daily statement.
"The country reported 0.78 percent Covid-19 positive cases as 7,787 samples were tested in the past 24 hours,"
In the past 24 hours, the combined figure of coronavirus in Dhaka city and upazilas of the district is 45 while no Covid-19 death was reported during the period. The official tally showed that the virus killed 29,123 people and infected 19,51,831 so far, the statement added.
The recovery count rose to 18,84,352 after another 842 patients were discharged from the dedicated hospitals during the past one day.
