One death from Covid in 24 hrs

Bangladesh reported 44 Covid-19 cases and one death linked it in teh past 24 hours till Monday morning, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said in its routine daily statement.
"The country reported 0.71 percent Covid-19 positive cases as 6,234 samples were tested in 24 hours,
In the past 24 hours, the combined figure of coronavirus in Dhaka city and upazilas of the district is 33 while no Covid-19 death was reported during the period.
The official tally showed that the virus killed 29,124 people and infected 19,52,109 so far, the statement added.
The recovery count rose to 18,89,230 after another 530 patients were discharged from the dedicated hospitals during the past one day.
