Bangladesh logs no Covid death with 24 new cases

Bangladesh reported zero Covid-19 death and 24 positive cases in the past 24 hours till Sunday morning, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) sources said.
The country reported 0.41 percent Covid-19 positive cases as 5,888 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.
During the past 24 hours, the combined figure of coronavirus infection in Dhaka city and upazilas of the district is 21 while no Covid-19 death was reported during the period.
The official tally showed that the virus killed 29,127 people and infected 19,52,536, so far, the statement added.
The recovery count rose to 18,93,460 after another 329 patients were discharged from the dedicated hospitals during the past one day.
