11 more dengue patients hospitalised in 24hrs

Eleven more dengue patients were hospitalised in 24 hours till Sunday morning, according to a press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Dengue fever has claimed 105 lives so far since January last year, said DGHS.
It said 95 people died in Dhaka division alone, four in Mymensingh, two each in Chattogram, and Khulna and one each in Rajshahi and Barishal divisions.
Among the new patients, seven are undergoing treatment at hospitals in Dhaka while the remaining four cases have been reported from outside the division.
Some 64 patients who were diagnosed with dengue are receiving treatment in the country as of Sunday.
Of them, 32 are receiving treatment at different hospitals in the capital while the remaining 32 were listed outside Dhaka.
