The government has decided to use the Covid-19 vaccine of Moderna as booster dose instead of Pfizer jabs.
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on Wednesday issued a notice in this regard.
The circular asked that everyone involved with the government’s vaccination drive to comply with the directive.
Doses of Pfizer vaccine will be reserved for students, aged 12-17 years, and others who have received the Pfizer vaccine as first dose, reads the notice.
