12 more die of Covid, 9,500 fresh cases detected overnight

Bangladesh reported 9,500 Covid-19 cases and 12 more people died linked it's in 24 hours till Wednesday morning, said a press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
"The country reported 25.11 percent Covid-19 positive cases as 37,830 samples were tested in the past 24 hours," Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said in its routine daily statement.
In the past 24 hours, the combined figure of coronavirus in Dhaka city and upazilas of the district is 6,488 while six Covid-19 deaths were reported during the period.
The official tally showed that the virus killed 28,176 people and infected 16,42,294 so far, the statement added.
