Mirza Fakhrul, Abbas get division in jail

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and party's Standing Committee member Mirza Abbas will get division facilities in jail, said Deputy Attorney General Abdullah Al Mahmud Bashar on Tuesday.
Earlier, Fakhrul's wife Rahat Ara Begum and Abbas's wife Afroza Abbas submitted two separate writ petitions to the High Court.
hey said their husbands deserved division facilities in jail under the jail code as they are former lawmakers and ministers.
Later, the HC bench comprising Justice KM Kamrul Kader and Justice Mohammad Ali advised the counsels of Rahat Ara Begum and Afroza Abbas to submit the issue of providing division in written form.
