Greater Faridpur Employee Welfare Association pays tribute to Bangabandhu at Tungipara

Greater Faridpur Employee Welfare Association of Dhaka has paid tribute to the Father of the Nation Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at his mausoleum in Tungipara, Gopalganj on Saturday.

The association led by its president and Commissioner of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Dr. Mozammel Haque Khan, placed a wreath on Bangabandhu's grave.

After the tributes, prayers were offered for the souls of Bangabandhu and the martyrs who died on August 15.

The organization's general secretary and retired tax commissioner Md Rustam Ali Molla, Public Service Commission (PSC) member Shahjahan Molla, managing director of Pan Pacific Sonargao Hotel and additional secretary Dr. Md. Aminur Rahman NDC, Deputy Secretary of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment Ministry Nasheed Rizwana Monir, Deputy Commissioner of Gopalganj Shahida Sultana, Director of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novotheatre Naima Yasmin, former ex-engineer of road and highway Shamsul Haque, former DMD of Agrani Bank Abdus Salam Molla, CBA president Nazrul Islam, general secretary of the Independence Bankers Parishad Mahfuzur Rahman Jewel, public relations division officer of Agrani Bank and former president of Jagannath University Journalists Association M Al-Amin were present there.
