PM directs to build house for goalkeeper Rupna Chakma

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has directed the authorities concerned to build a house for Rupna Chakma, goalkeeper of Bangladesh women’s football team in her hometown Rangamati.
PM gave the directive after a picture of Rupna Chakma's dilapidated house went viral on social media and came to her notice. PM's Press Secretary Ihasanul Karim confirmed the news.
Deputy Commissioner of Rangamati, Mohammad Mizanur Rahman, visited Rupna Chakma and teammate Ritu Porna’s houses with sweets, fruits and flowers for winning the maiden SAFF Women’s Championship title for Bangladesh.
