15 Bangladeshis killed on border in 11 months: ASK

A total of 15 Bangladeshis were killed by the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) in the last 11 months from January to November this year.
Of them 14 were shot dead and one was beaten to death, according to the human rights group Ain O Salish Kendra (ASK).
The highest number of deaths and injuries occurred in these 11 months in Rangpur division. Eight people were killed and eight others injured in the BSF firing in the division.
Three people were killed in BSF firing in Sylhet division. A total of two people were killed in Khulna and Mymensingh divisions.
