A suspected Bangladeshi man who was obstructing traffic in Malaysia’s Puchong town while naked has been referred to a local hospital for evaluating his mental health.

According to the local news outlets, the naked ‘Spiderman’ sparked uproar online after 43-second video posted by a Twitter user went viral.

The video showing the man climbing onto a lorry has gone viral on social media, leaving netizens shocked by its bizarre nature. The man was seen latching himself onto the lorry’s front mirror while grinning gleefully, much to the driver’s annoyance.

The incident occurred at the Kampung Baru Bridge in Pekan Batu 14 Puchong at 4.50 pm on last Saturday.

Later, the man was brought to the police station before being referred to the Kajang Hospital.

Deputy OCPD of Malaysian police Supt Fairus Jaafar in a recent statement said police received word of the man on November 26. "He is currently in the psychiatric ward for treatment.”

Although the identity of the man was not confirmed, it is believed that the man is Bangladeshi and is suffering from mental health issues, said police.
