Dr Zafrullah’s health condition unchanged

The health condition of ailing Gonoshasthaya Kendra founder and trustee Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury has remained unchanged.
"Dr Zafrullah has been receiving special medication for the past two days to address the reduction in oxygen saturation and blood circulation in his body. His condition is critical but stable," Gonoshasthaya Kendra Press Adviser Jahangir Alam Mintu said in a statement on Saturday (8 April).
Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury has been suffering from kidney complications for a long time. He has been seriously ill since April 5. Suffering from kidney failure, liver problems, heart problems and septicemia. Due to decrease in oxygen saturation and blood pressure in the body, some special medicines are being given since two days. His condition is critical but stable. He is currently undergoing treatment at Dhanmondi Gonoshasthaya Nagar Hospital in Dhaka.
