BNP's politics established on lies: Hasan

Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud on Saturday said BNP's politics is established on lies. But I hope that the party would shun spreading falsehood for at least one month during the holy Ramadan.
Speaking about BNP's hunger strike, he also said he heard that the BNP is staging a hunger strike and the sale of food shops beside their programme is going well.
The minister told the newsmen replying to a query after paying rich tributes to the coffin of late eminent elocutionist Hasan Arif in front of the Kendriya (central) Shaheed Minar in the city.
Hasan said the commodities' prices are on falling trend and the government has distributed one crore family cards.
"BNP's uneasiness and instability are increasing as people are getting relief. So, they (BNP) are talking nonsense," he added.
