We agree on the point of mass movement: Fakhrul

BNP general secretary Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said that dialogue and discussion have been started to determine the points of the mass movement and their party has agreed on these points.
He said I would like to point out that we have decided to launch a simultaneous movement based on discussions with political parties to remove the illegal, unelected government. According to that decision, I have already talked to various political parties in the first phase. Now we have started dialogue to determine the points of the mass movement from yesterday, he added.
Mirza Fakhrul said this at a press briefing after a dialogue at BNP's Gulshan party office on Monday.
BNP Secretary General said, 'Today we discussed with the National Party led by Mustafa Jamal Haider. The main point of these discussions was to determine the demands of the movement.
He said the minor demands are, release of Khaleda Zia, release of those imprisoned for political reasons, withdrawal of false cases filed against 35 lakh BNP leaders and activists, resignation of this government, dissolution of parliament, handover of power to caretaker government or interim government, elections will be held under the control of the Election Commission formed under the interim government, the people will elect their representatives in that election.'
He said, 'We have agreed on the point of mass movement. After the discussion, we will definitely start a united simultaneous movement.
