BNP pays tribute to Dr Zafarullah's body at Shaheed Minar

A delegation of BNP led by the party's secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir paid homage to the body of founder and trustee of Gonoshasthya Kendra Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury at the central Shaheed Minar on Thursday.
BNP Standing Committee Member Abdul Moin Khan, Vice-Chairman Hafiz Uddin Ahmed, Khaleda Zia Advisory Council Member Abdus Salam, Joint Secretary General Khairul Kabir Khokon were in the delegation.
After paying tribute, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir signed the book of condolence.
Zafrullah Chowdhury died on Tuesday (April 11) at 11:30 pm while undergoing treatment at Gonoshasthaya Nagar Hospital. He was 81 years old.
The first Janaza of heroic freedom fighter and founder of Gonoshasthaya Kendra and Trustee Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury will be held at Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital on Thursday at 2:30 PM.
