Hefazat secretary general Nurul Islam Jihadi passes away

Nurul Islam Jihadi, the secretary general of Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh, passed away at a hospital in Dhaka on today.
He breathed his last at around 12 noon at Labaid Specialized Hospital. Nurul Islam Jihadi’s son Morshed Bin Noor confirmed the matter.
Earlier on Saturday, Jihadi was put on life support after he suffered a cardiac arrest. Before that, Jihadi was admitted to the hospital after he fell sick around 9 pm.
