Bangladesh beat India in SAFF U-19 Women's Championship

Bangladesh defeated India 1-0 goal in the SAFF U-19 Women's Championship 2021 at Bir Shrestha Shaheed Shipahi Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the capital on Friday. Shamsunnahar's goal from the penalty spot in the 7th minute of the first half of the match helped to shape the fate of the match.
Bangladesh was awarded the penalty after the Indian defenders fouled Tahura Khatun inside the d box. The hosts will take on Sri Lanka on Sunday in their last match of the first round.
