Why did Kiara Advani call Juhi Chawla aunty?

Bollywood actress Kiara Advani has praised Juhi Chawla, whom she calls Aunty. The actress revealed that Juhi Chawla is her father Jagdeep Advani’s childhood friend. In a recent interview, when Kiara was asked about calling Juhi aunty, the actress laughed and said that she doesn’t think Juhi will kill her for this.

Kiara also told what is her relationship with late actor Ashok Kumar. Kiara Advani reveals that the environment she grew up in was contrary to her career. Kiara said that she did not hear any ‘filmy story’ growing up. Talking about Juhi Chawla, Kiara said that she never felt that she was a huge film star as she was always grounded, reports Daily India.Net.

In an interview to ‘Social Media Star with Janice’, Kiara said, ‘The woman (nani) my maternal grandfather remarried is Ashok Kumar’s daughter. Therefore, I also have a relationship with Ashok Kumar. My Grandfather’s brother is Saeed Jaffrey, but sadly I have never met any of them. I came to know more about him when I started telling my parents that I wanted to go to the movies.

Kiara further said, ‘My parents have been childhood friends of some actors. Apart from Juhi Aunty, I had never met anyone. She is my father’s childhood friend. When she was reminded that she had called Juhi aunty, Kiara replied, ‘I don’t think she will kill me for this. She is a grounded person.

Kiara says in praise of Juhi Chawla, ‘I never felt that she is a very big film star. We used to meet in birthday parties. I used to dance and choreograph with his kids. Let us inform that Kiara started her acting journey with the comedy film ‘Fugly’ (2014).
