Bangladesh logs one Covid death, 243 cases in 24 hrs

The Bangladesh government reported one COVID-19 death and 243 cases in the last 24 hours, The Directorate General of Health Services said this in a press release on Thursday.
With this, the total number of fatalities rose to 29,411, and infections stood at 20,33,662. The new cases were found after testing 4,174 samples in the past day.
During the period, 468 patients recovered from the illness, taking the total recoveries to 19,76,285.
