Journalist Peer Habib passes away

Senior journalist Peer Habibur Rahman passed away at a hospital in Dhaka on Saturday afternoon.
He breathed his last at 4:00pm while undergoing treatment at the Intensive Care Unit of Labaid Hospital, said Chowdhury Meher-e-Khuda, public relations officer of the hospital.
Peer Habibur Rahman, the executive editor of Bangladesh Pratidin, had a stroke on Friday evening.
The journalist had been suffering from different health issues like kidney disease for long.
