Youth detained for removing nuts, bolts from Padma Bridge

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has detained a youth on Sunday for allegedly removing nuts and bolts from a railing of Padma Bridge, a day after its inauguration.
The arrested youth is Bayezid, 31, was detained from the capital's Shantinagar area—hours after a video of him removing the nuts and bolts from Padma Bridge went viral on a social media platform, TikTok.
Special Superintendent of Police Rejaul Masud said they will disclose details about the youth at a press conference to be held at its office tomorrow.
CID said they will disclosed details at a briefing tomorrow.
