Dec 10 rally will be held in Nayapaltan: Fakhrul

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said that the divisional rally of Comilla, Rajshahi and Dhaka will be held at the announced place.

He said last week, BNP sent a letter to the Dhaka Metropolitan and concerned departments seeking permission to hold the divisional rally in Nayapaltan in front of the party's central office.

BNP Secretary General said this in a press conference on Monday afternoon.

In the press conference, BNP Secretary General said, 'I want to say very clearly, November 26 in Comilla, December 3 in Rajshahi and December 10 in Dhaka departmental rally will be held at announced location.'

He said, the government should, if at least in good sense, not interfere with these rally and not bring themselves to such a ridiculous position."

He said people keep every news. Now is not the day that we have to believe everything the government says. Now through social media people get all the news instantly.

Mirza Fakhrul said, the government has become scared after seeing the crowd in 7 rallies. They have created a reign of terror in the entire country using the law enforcement. They are harassing and filing false cases in the departments where the rally has taken place. They are giving false cases so that there is no crowd in the remaining three rallies, he added.

He said that door to door searches of our leaders and activists are being conducted in the metropolis as a strategy to disrupt the mass gathering in Dhaka on December 10. None of the leaders can stay at home.

Mirza Fakhrul said that the question has arisen among the people whether the incident of robbery by two militants is 'again that militant drama' or not.

He said, 'what a lame argument? Convicted militants doing spray. He was brought by only a policeman. How could it be? it Impossible thing.

The question has arisen again for the people that the militant drama is being staged again or not. So that the government stay in power permanently.

'We raised the question in front of the people. We believe that the government will withdraw from these evil plots, he added.

Mirza Fakhrul said, 'You (government) can shoot and killed Nayan Mia, you can kill Shaon but there is nothing you can do when your militant disappears from the court.
