Ansary Academy launches free online school in USA

New York-based non-profit organization Ansary Academy, USA, has undertaken a wide range of activities to deliver door-to-door education to students in the epidemic of Covid-19.

All content related to education can be found at home free of cost through the academy’s own website, YouTube, Facebook through Ansary Academy.

Covid-19 has undertaken this activity keeping in mind the stagnant education system in Bangladesh. For now, students from first grade to twelfth grade can study at home through Ansary academy.org.

Asked about this Mohammad Imran Hossain Ansary founder of Academy said that Ansary Academy USA was established so that the educational activities of the poorest and refugee people around the world would not be hampered.

At present school the curriculum has been introduced in English and Bengali languages. In the case of English online content is being created according to US public school curricula and multi-media content is being created in Bengali according to the syllabus prescribed by Bangladesh education Board. 10 teachers are working day and night for this.

He further said that Ansary Academy is giving away multimedia content for Bangladesh CIVIL Service candidates keeping in mind the job seekers. Ansary Academy has launched a website in the US and has started offering online content on five subjects of ninth and tenth grade.

Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Accounting, English Grammar are some of them. The site has also started providing online content on CIVIC Examination test preparation citizenship in the U.S. Expressing the attitude of a student of PS349, Isamel, he said, “My father saw the content of Ansary Academy on Facebook and logged in to the site of the academy from his email ID. I can see the regular content from there as per my requirement.”

“We spend a lot of time on social media,” said Bayazid, a master’s student at Dhaka University in Bangladesh.

One day I was overwhelmed when I saw a post of Ansary Academy about BCS preparation on Facebook. Every day I am lying down and benefiting from the contents on the nuns of preparing BCS on mobile.

Khandaker Akhter, program manager of Ansary Academy, said that software was being developed so that students could complete their required exercises through Ansary Academy's website.

In the future, undergraduate-level courses in Bangladesh & USA will also be available on Ansary Academy's Wave site.
