Primary schools to open till 20th Ramadan

State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Md Zakir Hossain today said all government primary schools will remain open till 20th Ramadan.
He said this while speaking as the chief guest at a function of Khanjanmara Government Primary School in Roumari Upazila of Kurigram.
The decision has been taken to make up the losses induced by Covid-19 pandemic, he said.
“You (students) are the future of this country. So you have to study well. There is no alternative to education,” said the state minister.
