Flood victim SSC examinees to get books by July 24: Dipu Moni

Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni on Monday said the flood-affected SSC examinees in Sylhet and other areas will be provided with books by July 24.
The minister also said that necessary measures will be taken through the respective educational institutions to meet any kinds of needs of the students in Sylhet and other regions affected by recuring floods.
The minister made the remarks in a view exchange meeting with the officials of the education department at the Sylhet Circuit House here, this morning.
Dipu Moni said, “Necessary measures will be taken through respective educational institutions to meet the shortage of books in Sylhet region affected by repeated floods. The SSC exams will start on September 15, after nearly a two-month delay, considering the preparation of candidates due to floods.”
