2 outsiders injured as wall collapses at DU hall canteen

Two people have sustained injuries in Dhaka University after a wall in front of the canteen counter at Kabi Jasimuddin Hall collapsed on Monday afternoon.
The incident occurred at 1:30pm when the students were taking their lunch, said Mobarak Hossain the canteen manager.
Contacted, Dr Mohammad Abdur Rashid, provost of Kabi Jasimuddin Hall, said they visited the canteen along with an engineer immediately after the accident and a five-member probe committee led by Professor Mohammad Jahirul Islam was formed to investigate the incident.
The committee was asked to submit a report within three working days, added Dr Rashid.
