Graft case against Zubaida Rahman will proceed
The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court Wednesday paved the way for the continuation of the trial in a graft case against acting chairman of BNP Tarique Rahman`s wife Dr Zubaida Rahman.
A four-member bench, led by Chief Justice Hasan Foez Siddique, rejected a leave-to-appeal petition filed by Zubaida.
